Do you hold my money?
No. There is no Durfeenz wallet and no deposit address. Your capital stays in your own exchange account, which only you can withdraw from. We could not take custody even if we wanted to.
What permissions does the API key need?
Read access to show balances and performance, or trade access if you want the strategy to execute. Withdrawal permission must be switched off — we check the key when you connect it and reject any key that can move funds out.
What happens if I revoke the key?
Everything stops immediately. Revoking the key on your exchange is a switch only you control, and it needs no cooperation from us.
Do you guarantee returns?
No, and no honest system can. Trading carries a real risk of loss, including the whole amount. The performance you see is read from your own exchange account and can be negative.
Why do you need identity verification?
To confirm your age and where you live, which decides whether the service is available to you at all. Verification is required before any exchange connection or subscription.
Which countries can use Durfeenz?
Availability varies, and some markets are restricted to education and signals only while others are unavailable entirely. We tell you at sign-up rather than after you have paid.
How do I cancel?
Cancel the subscription at any time. Because we never hold your funds, there is nothing to withdraw and nothing to wait for — your exchange account is unaffected.
How do I spot an impersonator?
We will never ask you to send funds anywhere, because we have nowhere to send them to. Anyone requesting a transfer, a deposit, or your withdrawal-enabled key is not us. Official links appear only on durfeenzbot.com.
